Billy is enrolled in the commerce program at Queen’s University. In high school, he was the co-president of the student government, co-founder of the business club, and involved with various sports teams. In his first year of university, he was an analyst for Apex Advisory, where he helped Capital Angel Network analyze the social impact of the companies in their portfolio. For his first Loran summer, he worked as a Kingston Fund associate through a Propel Impact Investing Fellowship. There Billy learned how businesses around Kingston provide opportunities and impact their community.
