While pursuing Chemistry with a minor in Philosophy, Ayden chairs QCIDEAS, the chemistry department’s Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Indigeneity Club that focuses on creating safe spaces for LGBTQIA2+ and BIPOC individuals within STEM. She is also a mentor with World University Services of Canada, an initiative that helps young people access a better quality of life through education. Ayden spent a summer working for the Yukon government researching the quality of the mental health support provided within the Territory.
