Kaia is a student representative on their district’s accessibility committee and student trustee on their school board. They have initiated the installation of crosswalks at their school and increased access for students with disabilities. They have directed and edited a short film on bees and sustainability, and volunteer with Blind Beginnings. Kaia also cosplays in their community.
