Kaitlyn is one of the first Junior Leaders of the STEM for Girls Club. She has worked as a Science Outreach Assistant for Women in Science and Engineering NL, focusing on outreach to female youth. Kaitlyn started a small business selling handmade jewelry and art, founded the Elwood Library Committee, and is Co-President of her school’s Student Council.
