Kylee is completing her BSc at UBC in Global Resource Systems, specializing in Sustainable Agricultural Sciences and Europe. She is a Laboratory Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant in the UBC Forestry Faculty. She works within the Mother Tree Project, a sustainable forestry experiment in British Columbia. Kylee is the President of the UBC AMS Photographic Society, is involved with the UBC Land & Food Systems Faculty, and intramural volleyball. Kylee spent her Loran summers in the NWT as the Sahtu Renewable Resource Board’s research intern and as a remote Ontario local food and farming curriculum developer. She spends her extra time as a volunteer firefighter, greenhouse facilitator, photographer, horror movie nerd, and Earth enthusiast.
