While studying Medical Sciences at Western University, Megan has volunteered in a leadership position as the Creative Director of Active Minds Western, a mental health initiative for university students. She is a youth tutor with Smart Steps Western, a service for vulnerable families in London, Ontario. Megan spent a Loran Summer working for Canada SCORES, coaching youth soccer and teaching children to read and write poetry.
