Rafael is an undergraduate law student at Université de Montréal. He has worked as a research assistant for professors in Indigenous law, constitutional law, and public international law. Last summer, he worked with the NGO Lawyers Without Borders, where he conducted research in international human rights law. Rafael is involved with Université de Montréal’s Legal Clinic, offering free legal services to the population. Within the Faculty of Law, he is a mentor and tutor for students in specific subjects. Rafael plays the saxophone and has a keen interest in music of all kinds, literature, film, and running.
