Ryan is a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce through the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. He is an executive member of Cure Cancer Classic, a student-run non-profit organization that raises funds for the Canadian Cancer Society through golf and hockey-related events. Ryan is a captain, leading his team in a weekly, community hockey league. He is also a member of his faculty’s student society, working to strengthen alumni and community relations. For his community development summer, Ryan worked at the Shaw Charity Classic—Canada’s only PGA Tour Champions stop—to secure corporate partnerships and raise funds to support over 200 children and youth charities across Alberta.
