Tristan helped bring robotics to his community by introducing LEGO Robotics programs and founding two 15-member FIRST Tech Challenge teams. He leads his local Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps and coaches their marksmanship and biathlon teams. These programs provide a space for Tristan to mentor and instruct Kitimat’s youth in STEM, citizenship, and leadership. He also works as a student dispatcher for the Kitimat Fire and Ambulance Service.
